Initial Consultation Agreement

The Initial Consultation Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of the initial consultation between Gurpreet Oshan, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant – IRB (RCIC-IRB) # R5349157 of Pacific Ways Immigration Consultancy Inc., located at 238-8138 128 Street, Surrey BC V3W 1R1, and the undersigned prospective client(s) for :

30 Minutes consultation

60 Minutes consultation

Please be advised that Gurpreet Oshan is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the “College”), the regulator which regulates the practice of RCICs.

The purpose of the Initial Consultation is to:

30-Minute Consultation

The 30-minute consultation is designed for individuals who have one or two specific questions related to their immigration application.
The purpose of this session is to:
 Address your immediate concerns and provide clarity on your specific queries.
 Offer brief guidance on procedural or documentation-related matters.
 Determine if additional support or a more in-depth consultation is required.
 Discuss our professional fees and representation options if applicable.
This session is ideal for those who need quick, focused answers to specific immigration-related questions.

60-Minute Consultation

The 60-minute consultation is a strategic session for individuals seeking a comprehensive immigration pathway assessment and guidance on their options.
The purpose of this session is to:
 Conduct a detailed review of your immigration history, background, and objectives.
 Explore multiple immigration pathways and assess their feasibility.
 Analyse the costs, benefits, and potential challenges of different options.
 Provide strategic advice on eligibility, required documentation, and next steps.
 Discuss professional representation, fees, and the overall process if you choose to proceed with our services.
This session is ideal for individuals looking for an in-depth evaluation of their immigration options and long-term planning.

Consultation Fee

Our fee of

$157.50 ($150 + GST)

$262.50 ($250 + GST)

for general consultation, inclusive of applicable taxes, is payable prior to the commencement of the consultation via credit card payments.

Rescheduling

To reschedule your consultation, please contact us via email at info@gopwic.com at least 48 hours (PST) prior to your scheduled appointment. The fee for a missed appointment will not be refunded. you may also reschedule your consultation at no cost up to two times.
The consultation will be conducted via online communication means. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.

Confidentiality

All information and documentation provided to us shall remain strictly confidential, except as authorised by you or as otherwise required by law.

Limitations of the Consultation

The advice provided during this consultation does not constitute a continuing client/counsel relationship, nor does it establish that Ms. Gurpreet Oshan will act as your Authorised Representative in any immigration or immigration-related matters. The advice provided is valid at the time it is given and is based on the information provided by you.

Agreement to Terms

By signing this agreement and by remitting payment through one of the aforementioned payment methods, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Initial Consultation Agreement.
